Privacy notice
This notice explains what Leadivo stores about you and why. It is written in plain language on purpose.
What we store
- Your account: the email address, name and profile picture your sign-in provider gives us (Google, or the email and password you choose), and your appearance choice (system, light or dark) so it follows you between devices.
- Your workspace: your CRM data (contacts, records such as deals, policies or job applications, and activities) and the notes you type into it, plus their timestamps.
- Technical logs: the time, address and browser of requests, and error reports, kept for a short period to keep the service running and secure.
Why we store it
- To run the product: show you your CRM data, save your changes and keep it available to you.
- We do not sell your data, show ads, or use advertising or analytics cookies.
Where it lives
Your data is stored with Google Cloud (Firebase) in the European Union. Only Leadivo's server code reads or writes it; your browser never talks to the database directly.
Cookies
Leadivo sets two strictly necessary cookies: __session, which keeps you signed in for up to 14 days, and theme, which remembers whether you chose light or dark mode on this device (for up to a year). There are no tracking cookies.
Sharing
Your data never leaves your workspace, and nothing is shared with other customers or with third parties. Inside a workspace, every contact, record and activity belongs to the member who owns it. Managers above that member in the team tree, and the workspace owner and admins, see its details only to the extent the workspace's detail policy allows; everyone else sees counts at most. Some record types are visible to everyone in a workspace by design, for example job positions in a recruiting workspace. Such records are built not to hold personal data: the product refuses personal-data fields, contacts and notes on them, and only the workspace owner and admins can create or change them. Free text typed into them, such as a requirements note, is visible to everyone in the workspace, so keep people's names out of it. If any further form of sharing is added, this notice will be updated first.
Your rights
You can delete your whole account, and all of your CRM data with it, from Settings.
